Breakfast is served from 8:30 to 10:00 , on the patio when the weather is mild, or in the main room when it’s too cold.
We offer organic and locally produced products , as well as homemade.
A generous buffet is offered daily. You will find cereals, fresh fruit juices, yogurt, seasonal fruit basket, honey and spreads, as well as ham, smoked trout and a cheese board.
You will be also served breads and pastries, fruit salad of the day, butter and jams prepared by Martine with local fruit.
Occasionally, we prepare quiches and fresh fruit spiced compotes.
Scrambled eggs, fried or boiled are prepared on demand.
The coffee we serve is roasted traditionally in Uzes. We selected Mexican organic arabica to which we add a bit of Guatemala.
Tea lovers can choose their favorite vintage from twenty proposals.
